If you choose to sell your vehicle through the BAS World Store, your vehicle will be checked in after it arrives at the BAS World Store. If you opt to sell your vehicle through the BAS World Store, your vehicle will be checked in after it arrives at the BAS World Store. During this inspection, all technical specifications of the vehicle will be recorded, including comprehensive photos and videos of key details. It is your responsibility to ensure that the vehicle or equipment is clean and ready for use, and that you have all the necessary registration and vehicle documents on hand. The buying customer is requested to transfer the full purchase amount for your vehicle to BAS World. After we have received or collected all the required documents, they will be verified. Then, as the seller, you will need to upload the invoice and signed CMR within your BAS World account, after which we will proceed with the payment. This procedure ensures a secure transaction for both the seller and the buyer.

After the buyer has completed the full payment, BAS World will notify you of the scheduled pickup time. At this time, please ensure that the vehicle or equipment is fully prepared for transport. This includes disassembling any spoilers or other elements if necessary. Additionally, the vehicle or equipment must be in roadworthy condition, and a designated contact person should be present to facilitate the handover.
