BAS World likes to get in touch with new sellers. Discover how selling through a platform like basworld.com can help you succeed in business. You will receive a welcome email with further explanation on how to sell through BAS World. In this mail, we will also ask you to upload some documents in the BAS World portal, such as a copy of an ID and Chamber of Commerce number. Within this portal, you will also find our vendor terms and conditions. We ask you to agree to these. The BAS World team then conducts a screening to verify you as a seller. If all lights are green, you can start selling your vehicles or machines.
BAS World proposes a date to check in your vehicle. One of our experts will come to your location to inspect the vehicle. All technical specifications of the vehicle will be recorded, and we will also take extensive photos and videos of the key features. It is your responsibility to ensure that the vehicle is ready to be driven and that you have all the registration documents and other vehicle documents on hand. If you would like more information, please feel free to contact us.
After inspecting the vehicle you wish to sell, you will receive a detailed price proposal from us. This proposal is based on the condition of the vehicle and current market situation. You will find the price proposal in your online BAS World environment. You have the possibilitie to determine the selling price before the advertisement goes online.
We ask the purchasing customer to transfer the full amount for purchasing your vehicle to BAS World. Afterwards, we will collect the vehicle's registration documents and the vehicle itself. Once we have verified all the relevant documents and you, as the seller, have uploaded the invoice and signed CMR within your BAS World account, we will proceed with the payment to you. This process ensures a secure transaction for both the seller and the buyer.
Once the buyer of the vehicle has made the full payment, BAS World will inform you of the vehicle pickup schedule. Please ensure the following is prepared during the pickup:
  • - The vehicle is ready for transport, with any spoilers (or other items) detached.
  • - The vehicle is in drivable condition.
  • - A designated contact person is present at the pickup location.
