An honest picture

The basis for successful trading lies in trust and honesty. A seller can claim that a vehicle is in good condition, but how can you be sure that this is correct? We prefer to really show the condition of a vehicle. How do we do that? We fully check all vehicles and supplement the specification lists where necessary. We shoot HD photos and videos of the vehicle, so that you can see all the details with your own eyes online. You can assume that a vehicle advertisement on basworld.com also fully compares to how you will receive the purchased vehicle.

A clear inspection process

The same steps are followed for every vehicle for sale on basworld.com. Whether it is offered by BAS World itself or one of our BAS World partners (external sellers). Curious which steps these are? Then read on:

#1 – Register vehicle

Every vehicle that is ready for sale is registered with BAS World. All data, specifications and accompanying documents are supplied.

#2 – Preparing Check-in

The BAS World Inspection team reviews all data and maps the condition of the vehicle. What type of vehicle is it? Which make and model? In addition, we note the production date, Euro standard, number of tanks and content, type of gearbox and configuration. We extract all data from the manufacturer's system.

#3 – Check-in vehicles

The vehicle is checked from top to bottom by our vehicle inspector. With us in Veghel or at the location of a BAS World partner. The inspector fills in the specification list and notes all details. For example, if there is a second-hand vehicle with damage, this will be clearly stated in the description. This way you really know what you are buying.

#4 – Taking photos and videos

When all points and specifications have been noted, the vehicle is ready to be portrayed. HD photos are taken of all relevant parts and important specifications. We also shoot an HD video of the entire vehicle. The aim is to paint an honest and complete picture of the vehicle in the online advertisement.

#5 – Valuation advice

After all specifications have been recorded in detail, our price experts assess the value of the vehicle. This is done based on all specifications and a daily analysis of the current market situation. The seller gains insight into the value of the vehicle and receives a suitable price proposal.

#6 – Ready for sale

Once the seller has set the selling price, the vehicle is ready for sale. This means that the sales advertisement is posted online. Our active database of potential buyers is large: with 700,000 unique website visitors every month, 11,000 purchase inquiries and multiple Google campaigns (SEA).
