Every six weeks, we keep you informed with valuable insights and updates about BAS World. In this edition, we look back at the launch of our new online seller environment and share key market insights from the past year as well as the year ahead. Highlights of 2024 and Expectations for 2025

What a year it has been! Following several market challenges in 2023, we managed to achieve an impressive 45% growth in 2024, selling over 14,000 vehicles and machines, a performance we look back on with pride. This success is largely due to our investments in:

  • Expanding our location in Veghel
  • Growing our team
  • Further developing our IT systems

A major highlight was the launch of our renewed seller dashboard, specifically designed to improve your experience as a seller.

Additionally, more than 500 suppliers together sold 4,000 vehicles and machines through our platform this year, reaching a worldwide audience of buyers in 168 different countries. This is 54% more sales for our partners than last year.

One specific example we want to highlight is our collaboration with one of our trusted sellers, who alone sold 780 vehicles through our platform.

The coming year, we will continue to invest in technology and increase our buyer reach with effective marketing to help you sell your vehicles faster and achieve the best possible results.

While these results fill us with pride, we strive to provide you, the seller, with an experience that not only meets but exceeds your expectations. Our focus for this is on:

Looking Ahead to 2025

Now let's focus on 2025, a year full of opportunities. The demand for used equipment remains high, supporting price stability.

Our goal remains clear to sell your vehicles and machines even faster while achieving the best possible results.

To that end, we will continue to invest in our platform and technology. We will also continue to increase our worldwide buyer reach with effective marketing.

What’s on the Horizon?

  • Improved Presentation: An upgraded photo wall, new asphalt, and enhanced lighting to ensure the best appearance for your vehicles.
  • Expanded Delivery Office: A better reception area and an improved delivery experience for our customers.
  • Workshop Expansion: Construction of a new vans workshop to prepare more vehicles faster while maintaining quality.
  • Demo Area: Vehicles available for viewing by appointment will be ready and inspected to guarantee the best presentation.

Great news: the new online seller environment is live! We’ve worked hard to create a user-friendly experience with enhanced features to better support you and make selling even easier.
